Module Aims
The aim of this module is two-fold: to introduce the learner to advanced repertoire from the European liturgical tradition and to the art of liturgical improvisation.

Provided on a weekly basis by the lecturer and customised to the level/development of the student
Learning Outcomes
- — LO1: Perform to a professional level
- — LO2: Present a programme of recital length from the solo repertoire
- — LO3: Demonstrate an advanced pedal and manual technique
- — LO4: Demonstrate an advanced understanding of organ registration and selection of tone colours
- — LO5: Present a series of short thematically-driven organ improvisations in a liturgical or concert setting
- — LO6: Plan a well-structured concert programme, complete with programme notes
