Tobias Winright, Professor of Moral Theology, SPPU, presented "Just Policing and Persons Suffering from Mental Illness" for a selected session on "The Least of These: People Suffering from Mental Illness, Law Enforcement, and Innovative Responses" at the Annual Convention of the Catholic Theological Society of America in Portland, Oregon, on 13th June.
