SPPU Students undertook a trip to Rome with Dr Luke Macnamara OSB and Dr Carl Scerri recently.

Mass was had in St Columbanus' Chapel in the crypt of St Peter's Basilica and the group visited three of the Basilicas, St Peter's, Mary Major, St John Lateran and the Irish Dominican Church of St Clement, and the Ara Pacis museum. Many thanks to the staff of the Pontifical Irish College in Rome who welcomed the group so warmly.
