Student Assistance Fund

The Student Assistance fund is available to students who require additional financial support to enable them to benefit fully from their third level studies. Registered students do not need to be grant-holders to apply for funding. It simply offers a limited amount of financial support to students who experience financial difficulties related to the costs of their studies.

The funding is available to all EU/EAA/UK/Swiss registered students of the Pontifical University. Application is made through the Access Office in Maynooth University.

The Student Assistance Fund (SAF) is managed by the Higher Education Authority (HEA) on behalf of the Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science (DFHERIS).
