Module Aims
To introduce students to the study of music in the Christian liturgical tradition.
Learning Outcomes
- — At the end of the course, the student will: • Have obtained an overview of the scriptural and doctrinal sources • Be cognisant of contemporary Church teaching in this area • Be attuned to the function of liturgical music and its connection with liturgical celebrations
