The Masters in Theology degree includes a taught and research option. Taught Masters programmes are offered for candidates who wish to spend time deepening their theological expertise and skill in a number of areas in which the Faculty of Theology has particular expertise.

Research Masters candidates exercise far greater choice in the shape of their study and personal research, in contrast to Undergraduate Study or a Taught Masters where a student follows a course of study determined to a huge extent by the degree they have chosen.
