For the celebration of the Eucharist during the conference, clergy are required to possess a celebret or a letter of good standing from their Ordinary. If clergy intend to exercise any public ministry in the Archdiocese of Dublin during their stay in Ireland, they should contact religious.externpriests@dublindiocese.ie. 

In any other Irish diocese, clergy should contact the local diocesan office and comply with the requirements for the exercise of public minsitry.
